The workshop will attempt to move beyond the Weiss Report, so all attendees are strongly recommended to read the report and not repeat its contents during their presentations/discussions. A useful example is the EPIC proposal. This example is not meant to be a statement of preference for one proposal over others, but rather a realistic presentation of sensitivity numbers to help ground discussion in experimental reality.
